1. Information We Collect

At Tickter, we collect personal information strictly necessary to process your ticket reservations and deliver your entry credentials:

Buyer name, email address, and phone number for digital ticket delivery and gate verification.
Payment transaction tokens processed securely through Stripe (Tickter does not store raw credit card numbers).
Technical telemetry including IP address and browser type for fraud detection and rate limiting.

2. How We Protect Your Data

All data transmission between your browser and Tickter servers is secured using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Database access is guarded with Row Level Security (RLS) policies and restricted role permissions.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. Data is shared solely with authorized event organizers to verify attendee admission at the venue gate, and with PCI-compliant payment infrastructure providers.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, update, or permanently delete your attendee profile and purchase records by contacting our privacy officer at privacy@tickter.com.
